Drs. Abbas and Conaway Named “Top Docs” by Baltimore Magazine

Baltimore—Each year, Baltimore magazine publishes a list of “Baltimore’s Top Doctors”. The physicians honored by this title are chosen by their peers through a survey that asks where they would send a member of their own family if they needed a physician.

More than 10,000 physicians in the region were surveyed for this year’s list. An online poll of physicians also was launched to augment the mailed survey responses. Baltimore magazine then publishes the top physicians named in each of the specialties.

This year, MedStar Harbor Hospital is proud to announce the following physicians were named 2012 “Top Docs” by Baltimore magazine:

Fouad Abbas, MD, head of the division of Gynecologic Oncology, for gynecologic oncology; and Jacques Conaway, MD, medical director of the MedStar Harbor Sleep Center, for pulmonary.
