WNST Marathon to Benefit Cancer Center
Curing Cancer...One Call at a Time
Help us fight cancer and make a difference! Make your pledge online on our secure site.
Harbor Hospital partnered with WNST.net on Saturday, July 17 for the second annual 24-hour radio marathon benefiting Harbor Hospital's Cancer Center.
Host Rex Snider of WNST welcomed on-air guests including gubernatorial candidate Bob Ehrlich, former Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling and ESPN host Tim Kurjikan.
We raised more than $12,000. All of the money raised will be used to purchase a warming blanket for oncology patients and to set up a transportation fund for patients who are without means.
The fight to cure cancer is not over and we still are accepting donations for the radio marathon. If you are interested in supporting the marathon, please send a check to the Philanthropy department or make a pledge online.
It's all about helping people...It's all about fighting cancer...It's all about Baltimore.
