Dr. Parekh specializes in internal medicine and truly believes in providing comprehensive and compassionate care. In addition to treating adult patients with a variety of complex medical ailments, Dr. Parekh performs several minor procedures. These include cortisone injections in joints to alleviate pain, as well as the removal of suspicious moles, lumps, skin tags, warts or cysts using advanced laser technique and cryosurgery. Dr. Parekh also makes house calls for his elderly patients in the neighborhood who are unable to come to the office for their medical care. He maintains a special license to conduct an office-based detoxification program.
